ours has had a $5.00 bag drawing,you write your seat # on a bill and they pull one out. The crew is not your standard airline crew,they are more relaxed,chatty and fun. yes complimetntry alcohal on the flight,since ours is only an hour you only have time for 1,not sure if longer flights get refills. i think it was gold charters that handled the whoole thing.
1st trip was just people flying from our airport and was full but no overbooking,2nd trip had people already on it from alabama. at that time you sign in and they give you a boarding pass, they tell you to use the same seat on your return trip. they have you check in and pay about $5 or $10 per checked bag. The junket company will pay another airline check in company to use their counter.
